At Khan Gems, customer satisfaction is important. Every gemstone is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and authenticity. However, if a purchase does not meet expectations, a refund request may be submitted under the following conditions.
14-Day Refund Period
Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
- The gemstone must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging and certification (if provided)
- Any damage, alteration, or tampering will make the item ineligible for refund
Customized or specially ordered gemstones may not be eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective. Secure and insured shipping is recommended for all returns.
